Bug in 'seq'?

Noticed:
	"seq" sometimes skips `LAST´ when `INCREMENT´ is not 1. 
Expected:
	"seq" to consitantly output `LAST´ when is equals 
	`FIRST´+(N*`INCREMENT´) 
Examples:
	> seq 0 1
	0
	1
	> seq 0 1 1
	0 
	1
	> seq 0 .5 1
	0 
	0.5
	1
	> seq 0 .1 1
	0
	0.1
	0.2
	0.3
	0.4
	0.5
	0.6
	0.7
	0.8
	0.9
	>

	Note the lack of `1.0´.
	Simular effects can be made by:
	> seq 0 .2 10
	But this seem to be ok:
	> seq 0 .5 10
