sig for 2.3.tar.gz not downloading from link

Hi,

Just thought I would let you know that the sig file 
http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/src-highlite/source-highlight-2.3.tar.gz.sig is 
not downloading.

Will past error message here.
The download failed. Check your network connectivity and the download 
folder, and try again.
Not the case as I have just downloaded the file 
source-highlight.2.3.tar.gz fine.

If the problem sorts out and you have time to let me know I would 
appreciate it.
