Xavier's right.  Probably they forgot to update the main page.  However
if you go to

http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/src-highlite.htm

and follow the download link you'll also find the new version.  I
contacted the gnuwin32 announcer to report this inconsistency problem.
