pr wishlist bug: omitting header on first page only

Using pr (GNU textutils) 2.0

It would be useful to have an option that omits output of the header
on the first page only. This is a common format for reports and
articles.

I suggest permitting a numeric argument to the -t option, to specify
the page to omit; thus, `-t1' omits the header on the first page only.
