[VCDImager Bugs/Devel] vcdimager segfaults with some mpeg files

I have at least 2 mpeg2 files which make vcdimaegr seg fault. They are
done with transcode+mpeg2enc and some parts have been removed with
GOPchop. I have done hundreds of such files, and all other work fine,
but these two make vcdimager crash. 

I have tried vcdimager 0.7.14 and 0.7.13, same problem.

Since material is recorded tv-program I can't make it publicly
available, but if someone is willing to study this, I can give a link
to file privately. (I don't want to end up paying for copyright violation)
