[VCDImager Bugs/Devel] Destroyed file while stripping RIFF header

I've just put in the lamest of string comparisons (in CVS) for the
input and output files being the same. You'll now get an error if the
two are identical. 

It'll be part of vcdimager 0.7.20 whenever that is released.
