Mike,
I saw this post at
(http://mail.gnu.org/pipermail/bug-vcdimager/2000-November/000023.html) and
it sounds like your an expert on mpeg video. I need to write an mpeg1
parser where a user can pass in an in and out point of a video and i'll
create that clip as a new mpeg1. Any help or code sample in this matter
would be greatly appreciated. This is a long shot considering the post was
nov 8, 2000 :-)
