[VCDImager Bugs/Devel] problem with vcd imager

Hello. When i unzip vcd imager, all the files come up
but one file    cygwin1.dll     comes up and it doesnt
make any sense.  it reads nonsense  .    and when i
try to make my BIN file it says that it can not read
that file.  what do you suppose could fix this?
