	When I make a SVCD with your DVD2SVCD program it makes a cue
sheet with
	between two INDEXes a time of 1 second. When trying to burn my
Ricoh
	MP6200S recorder doesn't accept the cue sheet because of this.
When I
	add 4 seconds it does work. Too make it more clear the original
(not
	working) cue sheet and the edited (working) cue sheet. Pay
special
	attention to the time between INDEX01 and INDEX02:
