Latest update, I have merged my branch now up to CEL revision 4881 and am
working with CS revision 38062. All projects have compiled succesfully. The
fix for plgtcpnetwork worked and there is no longer an error referring to
appsimplede.

I still had to add the include directory for CEGUI.h to appelcmtest and the
lib folder for CEGUIBase-vc10.lib to my linker for appelcmtest,
plggui_inventory and plggui_inventory2. But with those changes it compiles
correctly. Do I perhaps need to run the "Copy DLLs to a CS directory"
program that came with cs-win32libs to copy to the CEL directory?

Regardless of that minor issue, thank you to everyone who has helped with
resolving these difficulties. I believe I am now ready to start coding next
week in time for the official start of GSoC :)

Kind regards,
Sam.
