Re: Created the Android development branch

Well the Android branch is only temporary while we work on this. In the end
all should be merged back
with CS itself supporting Android out of the box.

I guess perhaps the name 'android' wasn't very good. Maybe it should have
been called 'portable' or 'opengles'.
