Re: Idea page for GSoC

Hi Scott, I already added a small stub for this. Maybe you can extend it
because I didn't have much time to write it in more detail.

I think that we should focus on something small. Something that is doable
in the given timeframe. Basing it on csisland or bias
has the advantage that we have assets already so maybe that wouldn't be bad.
