For a threaded file interface to work, it can't depend on the current
working directory in VFS. There is only one current directory and if
multiple threads all try to change it concurrently, files are unlikely to
be found.
Instead, the full pathname of the file should be passed and as the content
of the file is parsed, relative file names in the content should be
appended to the directory name of the file.
That way, VFS is always dealing with a full file name and no ChDir is
needed.
Walktest gets around the problem by making the file names in the files
full path names ("/lib/...").
I want to fix csThreadedLoader so that the PlaneShift world files can be
loaded without lots of changes to the file contents.
