I think the worst you would get is a cease and desist, at which point you
could take it down.  But for all we know, the artist might be pleased to
associate with your artistry -- send a copy to him somehow and maybe he'll
grant permission?

Plus I'm pretty sure Google Video will compress it for you, server-side, if
you upload the current version, i.e. their lower rez flash-based viewer will
automatically give you the fuzzier version.

I listen to podcasts while walking around the neighborhood.  It'd be great
to get updates by that means (they're increasing video, which I think you'll
want to move to, given the subject matter).
