gnuplot.info unreachable (DNS failure)

As of this morning I can't seem to reach gnuplot.info via either http or
https.   The similar problems reported here last year and earlier this year
did not seem to affect my connection here, so the current issue is either
something altogether different or else affects a larger fraction of the
CloudFlare network coverage.

Access to the underlying web site on SourceForge is still OK.  It's just
the redirection though gnuplot.info that is broken.
