Actually, I can't confirm that. I can reach
	http://www.gnuplot.info 
but httpS gives me the error message I posted
yesterday.

Is it possible that I have a local DNS cache
that makes this possible? (Wild, clueless
speculation...)

I am located in the East (PA). Regional problem?
