Scripts to copy categories into the IPTC Caption field

I am evaluating IMatch and was wondering which script might be best 
for the following:

Copying the categories from the IMatch database into the IPTC 
Caption field of the photo (as keywords).

For example, if I have a photo that has the following categories:

Animals & Pets->Birds->Ducks->Hooded Mergansers
Locations->Alexandria, VA->Huntley Meadows

How can I copy these categories into the IPTC Caption field of the 
photo as keywords.  For example:

Animals & Pets; Birds; Ducks; Hooded Mergansers; Locations; 
Alexandria, VA; Huntley Meadows

Also, would it be possible to leave out the first level of the 
category, such as:

Birds; Ducks; Hooded Mergansers; Alexandria, VA; Huntley Meadows
