Hi Jürgen,

I'm sorry but I don't understand your question. What does "p.e." mean?

However, if you want a copy of your directory in MS Word, I have a
couple of ideas.

Your IMatch categories are stored in a file like "0 Personal and
Family Catalog.imcs". The actual name will depend on what catalog you
selected when you created your database. If you open the right file,
your will find your categories like these for "0 Personal and Family
Catalog.imcs".

----------------------------------------------------------
1-Unassigned Images;"@Unassigned";This category contains all images
not assigned to at least one category;
Events;;This category holds images related to specific events;
Events.Birthdays;;;
Events.Parties;;;
Events.Wedding Photos;;;
My Family;;All kinds of family photos;
My Family.Children;;;
My Family.Mom and Dad;;;
Things;;Just things;
Things.My Car;;;
Things.My House;;;
Things.My Pets;;;
IPTC.Categories;;IPTC Categories;
IPTC.Importance;;IPTC Importance;
IPTC.Keywords;;IPTC Keywords;
IPTC.Supplemental Categories;;IPTC Supplemental Categories;
----------------------------------------------------------

CAUTION: If you open any *.imcs file in Word, DO NOT save it back to
that same path and name.

Another method might be:
Database > Import and Export > Export Category Definitions
Or it might be:
Database > Import and Export > Export to Text Format [Next] and under
"Image Attributes to include:" select "Categories".

It has been a while since I exported a file to use in Word but I
believe it was by using the "Export to Text Format". I would have to
try it again to be sure but I'll leave it to you to experiment.
