I was going to suggest the closure of the Yahoo group is a bad idea even if 
Mario no longer visits, but figured I was the only one who felt this way. 
Perhaps I'm wrong.

Given my habits and available time, I'd get far more use out of a lower 
traffic mailing list without official support than I'd get from a web 
bulletin board with official support.

There's no need to close this list. It may die on its own, it may not. Why 
force it?
