Do you actually read any of the information that I made available to you in the online help, the email you got on behalf of your registration, the support section on the web site? I doubt it! Othwise you would not waste my time with such postings. > I have never received an email announcing updates - perhaps > there have been none in the past several months. IMatch checks for updates every two weeks automatically so you'll never miss an update. I implemented that check about a year ago, and you should notive a message box asking for permission to check for updates every two weeks. If you ever contacted my via one of the official support channels you should know that I always answer support requests via email. This is in fact the primary support channel. Not the user forum. Sending out thousands of emails (e.g. sending an email to all IMatch users) would not only take a week but also would put my account / domain name on the SPAM blocker lists of hundreds of blacklist servers on the net. This means that I would be unable to send/receive emails for days, which is nothing that I want. You seem to be a very unfriendly person from the tone in your postings. I don't know why that is so, but please behave. -- Mario -----Original Message----- From: R Alford [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Montag, 31. Thank you for speaking for Mario - however, because he is the principle owner/developer/boss etc, unless you have his proxy, I would appreciate his comments. I am glad to hear Mario will handle all support issues directly. I have never received an email announcing updates - perhaps there have been none in the past several months. rma ----- Original Message ----- From: penmanb To: [email protected] Sent: Sunday, January 30, 2005 6:22 PM Subject: [imatchuserforum] Re: Will support still be available via yahoo? rma, official support was never offered via this yahoo group - it is a user forum. Mario offers official support from photools.com and his photools support email address and there has been no change to that. Mario has the email addresses of all registered IMatch users, so he can use this list for announcements as required. I assume the new forum is like the old forum - join if you wish to access the knowledge of some of the IMatch user base. Check the policy of the user forum......... cheers, brendan --- In [email protected], "R Alford" <analytic1@c...> wrote: > Mario - what are your plans for offering support? > > How are you going to announce emails to your customers? > > Are you demanding customers join your little forum if they are to get support? > > rma > > [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Yahoo!
