I have added a couple of persons to the 'People to invite' list, but we
haven't sent out invites yet.

quickly, so we can sort out the size of the space we need.

Tobias, if we don't get much feedback in time (which is likely...), I
would aim for a room (or maybe two smaller ones, so one can be for
working and one for discussing/teaching) that can hold ~ 20 persons with
their equipment.

Not sure for how long we should aim - maybe shorter than Kiel, because
there will be LGM afterwards? I know I wouldn't be able to stay for the
full time, if it's Hackfest+LGM (Hackfest + 5 days). I hope our own
talks will be during the first days of LGM.
