- As for the equipment:

In Kiel, we had some network switches for wired network, plus ethernet
cables, lots of multiplug sockets, a whiteboard and a flip chart with
corresponding pens, and a projector. For people's phones, there was wifi
available.

We used the flip chart, mostly, for the discussions and planning. I
don't remember if the projector has even been used...?

An electric kettle would be useful, too, if there's no other source of
hot water - but I can also bring our mini kettle for that.
