Re: document properties window

I open/design all my files around A4 but some I have purchased are based on
12x12 or are set to the size of the design so when I find them I have to
resize to A4 and that is why I have to open document properties a lot

I have looked in Edit> Inkscape Preferences > Interface > Windows but can
not find a way to set where the window opens
