new ipelets

Hi all,

I have edited the Ipe wiki to include a few more ipelets
(main page, bottom). Including tools for

 1) inserting PDF/EPS pictures.
 2) making presentation boxes, with a demo.
 3) reloading all ipelets in ipe.
 4) And an updated version of Jan Hlavacek's plot ipelet that allows
    changing number of samples, and option of using cubic splines.
