Hi Otfried,

thanks a lot for the many improvements in the new version! Compilation
under Ubuntu 10.4 LTS following your instructions went without a hitch
and worked right away. Ipe is certainly usable even on a Tablet-PC now.

First initial tests with 7.0.11 and 7.0.12 showed only minor issues. The
new edit toolbar is working well so I can retire my keyboard utilities
now that I used before.


I also could not create a Bugzilla account because it did not return a
valid confirmation address, only this instead:

token.cgi?t=RDaoiJ1JX7&a=request_new_account

Therefore I will post the remaining pen-issues in a following post under
a proper subject here.
