Problems with compiling pdftoipe on MacOS X 10.6.5

Hi,

unfortunately (as IPE is finally running now), I also have problem with
compiling pdftoipe:

Poppler seems to be installed (with MacPorts):
$ port list poppler
poppler                        @0.14.5         graphics/poppler

Do I need the newest version of poppler for pdftoipe?

What's going wrong?
