Ipe 7.0.10 pdflatex error

Hello,

using Ipe with TeX Live 2010, I encountered an error running LaTeX, with the
same symptoms as described here

There is a link to the solution, but the link does not work for me (the
server is unavailable), so I would like to ask if someone would be so kind
to either post the solution here or publish it elsewhere?
