We do have an existing feature request for this in ye olde tracking  
database, I'd recommend sending in feedback to  
[email protected] in case you want to expound further on the  
subject.

Off the top of my head I believe that the request talks mostly to HTML  
export, however it's likely that the same entry discusses SVG and PDF  
export as well.
