Magnets Editor - Where is it ?

I want to label a picture. What I did in OmniGraffle 3 was to load in  
a picture and to place magnets on it with the magnets editor. Then I  
connected various labeling shapes to those magnets.


Sorta like this:

+--------+       |  JPG with  |
| my dog |----------->        |
+--------+       | some dogs  |
                  +------------+

I don't see the Magnets Editor or a useful substitute in OG5(Pro).
