Your description isn't entirely clear, but you need to do three things to
get what I think you want:

1. Make sure that the bus line has ³Allow connections from lines² checked in
the Properties: Connections inspector
2. Choose the Orthogonal line type for the lines from the bus to the system
objects (Style: Lines and Shapes inspector)
3. Wayne Brissette has already mentioned setting the line hop style in the
Style: Lines and Shapes inspector
