Format of date in document data

Hi,

I am creating a wireframe template for a client and they want a =
particular format (basically the long format: Tuesday 31 January 2012) =
for dates. However, when I use <%Date%> or similar I get a short form =
date like Tue Jan 31 2012. How do I set a date format the way I want it? =
Doesn't seem to be dependent on my Mac system date format.
