crash - png_read_image

Hi,

The library got crashed when reading a specific png image file. The version
of the library is 1.6.37. It is built using vcpkg on Visual Studio 2019 X64
debug build. The png file causing the crash is attached. The sample code is
taken from http://zarb.org/~gc/html/libpng.html
