libpng manual (following up: libpng version 1.6.38)

Thanks. Looking at http://www.libpng.org/pub/png/libpng.html the PDF manual
is from libpng-1.4.0, so an update on that website would be appreciated.
Feel free to send it to Greg Roelofs, who is maintaining the website.

If you're asking about including the TeX version with the libpng source,
I'd be willing to consider it if it could be automated. TeX from plain
text, or plain text from TeX, either way would be fine, as long as I
wouldn't have to manually update both at every future release.

My personal preference would go for a modern lightweight markup, though.
GitHub-flavored MarkDown, or AsciiDoc, or reStructuredText, would show up
great not only in PDF format but also in GitHub (and elsewhere), in native
form. In my opinion, TeX is both too heavy to read and too heavy to
process, and it's better fit for different purposes (e.g. writing math).
