Glenn Randers-Pehrson GitHub repositories

Dear all,

Like you know, I have signaled a problem with GitHub a long time ago (2021-06-26).
- https://github.com/pnggroup/libpng/issues/385

There are 3 repositories to transfer from Glenn Randers-Pehrson to pnggroup:
- https://github.com/glennrp/libpng
- https://github.com/glennrp/libpng-releases
- https://github.com/glennrp/pmt

Recently after several requests to GitHub support, it was done for the first one, I am happy but there are always 2 repositories to transfer from Glenn.
- https://github.com/glennrp/libpng-releases
- https://github.com/glennrp/pmt

On all issues of the double repository, there is a button "transfer issue" to new repository, it takes 1 minute to do.

It is time to do and to remove the double to have only the good for "libpng" source code.

I have sent a new email to GitHub support for 2 other repositories to have all in https://github.com/pnggroup.

We must to think to Glenn Randers-Pehrson and to the future too.
