I think Cosmin's message is another off-topic discussion; it's about the CFD on the voting procedure, not the CFD on the eXIf chunk. The ad hoc rules that apply to my eXIf proposal are the 2-week discussion period then a vote. So far as I am concerned nothing of significance other than editorial changes/clarifications have occurred to my proposal since it was originally proposed. If people don't think there has been enough discussion the right approach is to vote "no".
