So voted primarily because of the two-line URL, which is utterly stupid and
annoying in this day and age (and arguably was 20 years ago, though maybe there
was a valid reason back then that I no longer recall).  I will happily change
my vote if it gets fixed in a subsequent proposal.

I was sorely tempted to vote NO solely on the basis of the CFV's invalid
restriction on the subject line (which was never accepted by consensus and
therefore is not in effect unless and until this proposal passes).  But since
I do see the value in it--however tricky it is for Gmail users and others--
I've conformed to the request and would not reject the proposal because of the
new restriction.  Willem and Rei are correct that there is an excessive love
of nitpicking and insufficient love of pragmatism in the group; I'm trying to
curb my own tendencies along those lines... :-)
