That's GPS information (well, unless you are off-planet), so that's covered
by the GPS IFD of EXIF data, so if EXIF data from the camera is preserved
it would be maintained.

I think that's actually more useful.  Location of the camera doesn't
uniquely identify what is at the location, even if combined with time
(there can always be disputes about what was at a particular location at a
particular time, at least if the time is in the past.)

Adding a "Background" keyword would be pointless because keyword extensions
are not, so far as I am aware, actually defined anywhere and existing
precedent is just to make one up and use it; see "Collection".

I suggest just using "Background" (or whatever; choose a language) and
defining it here, like Collection.
