sane-airscan 0.99.29 released

Hi, All,

I write to notify you that I've just created a new sane-airscan release: 
0.99.29

This is a bugfix release. In the previous version, 0.99.28, was broken a 
corner case, which caused a WSD-only devices which doesn't announce IPv6 
addresses over DNS-SD to be discovered unreliably.

This release fixes this bug.
