Release 1.3.0 issues

Hi,
Just an update on the 1.3.0 release.
We appear to be having some issues with the deployment of build 
artifacts at GitLab at the moment.
I'm just trying to sort it out and have raised an issue to try to get 
some assistance.

I will keep you all updated....
