Maybe.  But is it necessary? "Obey the law" is implicit; you don't have 
to say it all over the place.  Are we going to start adding these 
disclaimers for any image that might be banned anywhere? China might 
well have a ban on the use of the flag of Taiwan; if we had the Olympic 
flag, it'd be subject, in the US, to the Olympic supertrademark; many of 
the girly images are probably illegal in some Islamic countries.  Come 
to think of it, as I understand it, strict Islamic law bans all pictures 
of living things; are we going to put a warning on the picture of the 
border collie? Radical Christians would object to the devil head; are we 
going to add a note saying, "Don't sell your soul to this image"?

If we're going to worry about any legalities, let's start by deleting 
the copyrighted cartoon characters.
