0.34 Beta1 Windows builds

Hello!

For those of you, who are (still or already) using Windows,
I have built binary packages of 0.34 Beta1 (I feel somewhat
sorry for Linux/Unix users, but building sodipodi is so much
easier in Linux than in Windows... so maybe you will forgive me)

There are still different builds for Win2000/XP and 9X/ME. They
are almost the same, except #define UNICODE in certain places
in Win2000/XP build (we have still not managed to get everything
working with unicows.dll)

So if you have time, give these a try. Report back all showstopper
bug (you can report less important bugs too, of course).
