Hello!

It searches for registry key:

HKLM\Software\GTK:Path

Or was it HKCU?

It has to be set to indicate Gtk+ is installed. And its value
is used to set sodipodi's PATH.
Now, I am not 100% sure (not on my Windows machine) - there
used to be another check for:
HKLM\Software\GTK:DllPath
I think I removed it - but maybe it has still found its way
into installer. I know certain Gtk+ versions do not set this
key.
