custom language: XP or GTK or Sodipodi?

Hi all,

I'm afraid I've got a really dumb question. I recently installed both Gimp
2pre2 and Sodipodi 0.34 on my WinXP Pro (SP1a) laptop to find out if those
apps are really as good as my *NIX friends tell me. I've used the GTK
2.2.4-2 installer that came with the Gimp release. Gimp gives me an English
menu, as I want it, but Sodipodi gives me a (partially) translated menu. I
do not want a translated Dutch menu, but I can't figure out where to change
it.
I'm confident that I've changed all the WinXP 'Regional and Language'
options to English, just not the location (since I don't want the clock to
change for instance), so it's not the OS settings. Since Gimp does not give
me a Dutch menu, I suspect it's not GTK either that's giving me the Dutch
menu in Sodipodi. Does Sodipodi even use the GTK of the Gimp? Where do I
find the option to change the language of Sodipodi?
As said before I'm new with Sodipodi and can't even find the preferences of
the application. I do find some settings for the document and several tools
hidden under the right mouse button in the document window, but not the
general settings/preferences for changing the language. I'm quite
embarrassed that I can't figure something this obvious out by myself. Is it
me or is there something seriously missing in Sodipodi? I realise that I've
got to get used to GTK apps first, but still it's strange that this is not
easy to find (as in the Gimp). I also realise that I'm trying to figure out
on Valentines day where I can find the settings on a new piece of software,
something surely is wrong with me... ;-)

Regards,
Lars
