Hello! Seriously, I do not know, why sodipodi remains trasnlated, but GIMP not :-/ But are you sure GIMP prerelase contains translation files at all? I remember vaguely, that Gimp installer allowed me explicitly to specify, whether I want translation files or not. So maybe Gimp just does not find dutch translation, and falls back to english. Now, speaking about Gtk+ apps, they usually have translation files at: APPDIR\share\locale... If you are sure, you do not want Dutch translation, you can just delete corresponding .mo file, and sodipodi will fall back to english. While it is possible to do, Gtk+ programs usually do not have language setting in preferences, but use system locale instead. But I do not know exactly, which Windows settings are used to decide the proper value for it. And please, be not surprised, if sodipodi lacks lot of essential functionality. I do not know what your UNIX/Linux friends have been telling you, but sodipodi is nowhere near production quality (yet) ;-) Best wishes, Lauris Kaplinski Lars Boelman kirjutas P, 15.02.2004 kell 00:08: > Hi all, > > I'm afraid I've got a really dumb question.
