Evil country flags

I believe we should keep all flags of evil countries (USSR, Nazi, etc), but the need to be moved to another category! When people browse around among countries, they are easily shocked to find a Nazi flag there. We need category management, and soon! I don't think anyone would mind the nazi flag in the historical section.
