Metadata, RDF, XMP

I'm now up to speed on XMP and simple RDF in general. Given the content 
needs from all the flags and such (where I first noticed RDF), it was 
looking like Sodipodi could use some user friendly support for RDF and such.

I was planing on doing basic XMP support and probably a 
"File|Properties" entry for this. Does anyone have interest in this? 
Should I just get it done and in a patch for people to try out?
