Hello!

There has to be registry key pointing to Gtk+ path
that sodipodi uses during installation to determine,
whether Gtk+ is installed.

The key is HKLM\Software\GTK\2.0
either DllPath or Path (the latter is preferred I think)
Setting these up with registry editor should make
installation to go.
