English and Cornish Flags

The flags of England and Cornwall don't appear to be
in the flag collection, so please could they be added?

The aspect ratio and size of cross on the English flag
are correct according to
http://www.crwflags.com/fotw/flags/gb-eng.html

I'm not sure of the correct aspect ratio of the
cornish flag, none of the websites I have found
specify it. It always seems to be drawn wider than 2:3
though.
