Well, I don't know how helpful it is, but you can try converting it
through an intermediate format. Like EPS->WMF (possible with pstoedit) and
then WMF->SVG (possible with libwmf -
http://sourceforge.net/projects/wvware/). Note that I think SVG is richer
than WMF so the conversion may be lossy.
