The arch instructions were in the wiki, which is dead for around 2 month now. I havent checked the arch archive for a long time as well but i can remember the last update was somewhat in june or so. Not much happened since then. There is a fork of y called y+ (www.yplus.org) which has been last updated in october. i played around with it a little trying to make a ebuild for it but i was stuck with compile errors...
